Who we are looking for: The nCino Application Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration and training on the bank's nCino application and Salesforce platform. These applications are used, to control our loan product lifecycle, service request lifecycle, as well as manage prospects, campaigns, loans, business relationships, partners, and contacts. The Application Administrator will manage the loan life cycle and CRM applications implemented on nCino, as well as identify, diagnose, and resolve end-user problems in a timely manner that exemplifies the bank's high standard, of customer service.
