About Healthcare:

Ipsos' Global Syndicated Healthcare Services produces the Global Therapy Monitor, a leading syndicated research study, providing real-world patient data combined with healthcare professional perspectives across over 30 common and rare diseases globally. Our additional syndicated research offerings, many built upon the Therapy Monitor framework, explore pharmaceutical promotional impact, patient experiences within specific disease areas, and key healthcare trends.

What makes this role important at Ipsos?

Ipsos is looking for an experienced healthcare market researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate for the Account Manager position will have strong client servicing skills and quantitative data analysis expertise. A solid oncology knowledge base is also desired, although training can be provided for the right candidate. All candidates need to be fast learners, intellectually curious and have a strong work ethic.

What you can expect to be doing:



  • Manage multiple clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships through an in-depth understanding of business needs
  • Be involved in meetings with clients / lead calls to understand key business issues
  • Help to prepare proposals for client research needs spanning Ipsos Healthcare's suite of products
  • Demonstrate an inquisitive and curious nature and proactively seek out self-learning opportunities
  • Interpret data findings and provide insights and context for clients
  • Proactively offer solutions to clients and suggest new analyses
  • Mentor junior staff
  • Contribute to business development endeavors


This might be the job for you if you have:



  • University/college degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of oncology
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal colleagues and external clients
  • Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
  • Highly motivated, proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary for this role is $100,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
