Overview Job Summary Supervises and coordinates clinical and administrative functions for the department and ensures that optimal, quality patient care is provided using resources effectively and efficiently. Functions as a liaison for clinical staff and maintains overall responsibilities for the supervision of clinical staff assigned to all areas.Essential Functions
Continuously be able to stand, walk, have use of both hands and all fingers, speak clearly, hear, and see less than 20 inches and at a distance of more than 20 feet. Requires ability to use side vision, lifting, pushing, and pulling of 51 pounds, twisting, bending, reaching overhead and in front of body if necessary. Occasionally, must climb stairs and 10 inch step stool, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch; have depth perception and distinguish basic colors. Requires inside work with occasional intermittent noise and exposure to conditions such as dust, fumes, and chemicals. Educational Experience Graduate from accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. Master's in Business Administration of Health Administration required. Minimum two years previous O. R. or Perioperative experience required. Management experience required, preferably including experience in an ambulatory setting. |
