The Job As the Lead Clinical Therapist, you will oversee clinical operations by collaborating with the clinical staff to assess client needs. You will assist with and monitor the development and regular updates of treatment plans, and work closely withprogram directors to ensure that groups are facilitated on time and as scheduled. Daily, you will oversee licensed therapists and manage the clinical treatment aspects of the organization's operations, splitting your time evenly between two sites serving adolescents. You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate closely with program directors to provide mentorship, support, and training to the Therapist team. This includes overseeing onboarding processes and promoting quality, cost-effective outcomes through effective communication and resource utilization.Your responsibilities will also include conducting family sessions with all admitted clients at least once per weekand coordinating family communication related to clinical matters.
