Description
LaForce is looking for a dedicated and reliable full-time Painter to join our Installation Department. As a leader in the door, frame, and hardware industry, we offer a stable and growing company where you can build a rewarding career. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and painting materials such as frames, doors, and components, and assisting with various tasks in the installation process. Hours are 4:30am-2:30pm Monday-Thursday, with possible overtime on Fridays. As a Painter you'll be responsible for:
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or GED) and one to three months of related experience or training. Military experience is considered as a substitute for relevant experience. You should be able to read safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. A forklift certification will be provided through internal training. Physical Demands for a Painter: This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach continuously. You will be lifting, carrying, and pushing/pulling materials up to 50 pounds, with occasional climbing and balancing. Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in an active environment are essential.
