Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Distribution & tracking of submittals
• Distribution & tracking of change orders
• Set up project platforms (Plangrid, Smartsheets)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Create close out documents for assigned projects
• Schedule and coordinate start-ups and Owner trainings
• Assist project team as needed

External Qualifications

• Must have experience working in the construction industry
• Proficiency in MS Office toolset (Word, Excel and Outlook) and database systems
• Comfortable with Blue Beam and Plan Grid
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Proven organizational, critical thinking and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management
