Position Details The Human Resource Generalist serves as a Business Partner to operational counterparts while directly guiding team members and other members of leadership. Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, the Human Resource Generalist translates human capital effects to support our goals like change projects, building talent, engaging team members, enhancing culture, and finally improving performance. This position will reside in Patterson, Californiaat the Grainger Distribution Center. The Human Resources Generalist works onsite supporting first shift operations working five 8 hour days Monday through Friday. Start time is flexible but will be approximately 8:00 AM PST. Compensation: This position is salaried and will pay between $71,800-119,600/year plus a bonus. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation.
