Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Consultant with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Responsible for testing the data quality work in Agile model Responsible for Insprint testing, Regression testing, and Defect Management Requirements: 5+ years functional testing in agile lifecycle Working knowledge of Defect management process, Risk Framework and mitigation, and Enterprise Testing standards Extensive expertise with QA Deliverables tool set - (Quality Center, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project/Excel) Expert in writing SQL queries Agile Methodology/SDLC Good communication skills Self-starter and able to work independently Functional/Manual Testing Oracle SQL/PLSQL ETL/Database testing Desired Skills: Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated, able to work independently Strong problem solving and analytical skills Experience with Global model Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates effectively, builds relationships, influences others Willingness to learn and adapt to changes Agile tools (Jira/Rally) Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
