We are seeking a curious and self-motivated Analyst to join our successful JLL Healthcare team in Atlanta. The Analyst is an integral member of our healthcare-focused team and is tasked with both building and managing datasets as well as creating client deliverables which include insightful, data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, often with competing deadlines, and with significant self-direction and limited oversight
Assist in creating comprehensive studies and reports for our clients
Ownership of many operational and administrative functions including:Maintaining and updating client databases with accurate, current information
Cleaning and organizing data from various online sources
Providing quality assurance of new datasets and sources
Creating contact lists for sales lead generation

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing
Interest in geography and how it impacts access to healthcare

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., data, healthcare, business, etc.)

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Healthcare and/or real estate experience is ideal, but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided by members of the team.

Work Schedule: Position requires a flexible work schedule. Extended hours may occasionally be required, sometimes with minimal advanced notice.

Skills:
Strong time management and prioritization - ability to manage workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Word) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel required
Experience with the ESRI ArcGIS platform a plus
