Overview THE PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT CLARKSON UNIVERSITY invites applications for an assistant professor [teaching track] in the area of health psychology and/or social psychology and/or mental health. The position starts Aug 15, 2025. Responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in undergraduate teaching. Candidates with an ability to teach courses in introduction to psychology, health psychology, and social psychology are encouraged to apply. Courses in abnormal psychology or in the candidate's area of expertise are also desirable. The opportunity to involve undergraduates in research is possible but doing so is not mandatory.
