POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Clinical Project Manager. The incumbent assumes responsibility for coordinating all admissions and maximizing the volume of patients for assigned inpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

COMPETENCIES:




  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field or comparable work experience.
  • Knowledge of internal and external referral sources, basic knowledge of clinical issues concerning the patient populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, clinical staff, and outside agencies.



Work Experience:

Minimum of 1-3 years experience working with psychiatric patients.

Salary Range: Minimum 21.67 per hour - Maximum 35.78 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
