ACRT is currently seeking energetic experienced professionals who enjoy working outdoors. Our Construction Specialist is ideal for entry level and seasoned professionals with an educational background in civil construction, engineering, or related disciplines and with experience in these fields and line of work. This position oversees the civil construction work on site associated with site preparation for new substations and the expansion of existing stations. This work begins with installing E&S Controls and includesclearing, grading, fills and/or cuts, removal of unsuitable soils and installation of suitable material, installation of storm water management systems per the site plans, which may include plunge pools, retention ponds or rip-rap slopes, coordinating delivery of materials and equipment to be delivered on site. Familiarity or experience with a SWPPP book, and the ability to read civil construction drawings is a plus. Monitor and assist with substation, and forestry activities associated with new construction and future utility lines. Ensure safe work practices, quality, and efficiency while meeting target dates while ensuring compliance with environment/agricultural requirements prescribed in laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. $24 to $34 an hour, based on experience Minimum Requirements:
