St. Louis CITY SC's Match Day Base Station Dispatcher manages all forms of communication to CITYPARK's Base Station/Command Center during all soccer matches and select special events. This person is responsible for communication between a variety of groups and departments using various methods including handheld radios, cellular phones, and dedicated computer text lines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

You will be a part of the Base Station/Command Center Staff responsible for handling all operations, logistics and crisis communications between multiple internal groups and vendors throughout CITYPARK. You will document all calls for service and activity in the stadium from these various groups/vendors. At the completion of each match, you will be required to complete and forward a report summary to certain key members of the Security Team. You will use various forms of communication to ensure all calls for service are handled in a prompt and professional manner by appropriate individuals.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience working with various forms of communication, including handheld two-way radios, computer-based text lines, and cellular devices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. The applicant should have an excellent understanding of various computer programs and functions such as Excel and Word and working knowledge of security/safety equipment, systems, procedures, and standards. Ability to work under stress while also dealing with critical and/or confidential information.
