As an Associate, M&A Integration , you will.... Serve as a key facilitator and driver of the due diligence, integration planning, and integration execution process of strategic initiatives company Work within the M&A Integration team and across the functional team to understand requirements for each new acquisition, and then execute on those requirements Partner closely and build trust and credibility with cross-functional experts throughout JLL and JLLT Proactively oversee and evaluate project activities, build contingency plans, and execute corrective action on a timely basis to mitigate risks Assist in the crafting and documenting of thoughtful and thorough integration strategies Communicate clearly and succinctly with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and the achievement of integration objectives Act as an information gatekeeper, understanding the complexity and sensitivity of each deal To thrive in this role, you: Are a self-starter, with a desire to continuously learn Have exceptional project management skills Have strong attention to detail, follow-up, and excellent organizational skills Have an agile mindset, and can showcase the keen ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once Understand the importance of handling sensitive/confidential information Experience using Microsoft 365, specifically proficient in utilizing Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for executive level presentations Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Have 1-3 years of experience in the M&A field A Bachelor's degree in a related field What You Can Expect From Us Our Total Rewards program reflects our commitment to helping you achieve your career ambitions, recognizing your contributions, investing in your well-being and providing competitive benefits and pay.
