Job Description
Responsible for creating and overseeing the contract compliance program. Review and analyze complex contracts and service agreements to identify key terms, obligations, and potential risks. Collaborate with account operations teams to understand key processes, controls, risks. Work cross-functionally to ensure that there are processes and resources assigned to meet all contract compliance requirements. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and contractual compliance requirements are being met; assist with external audit requests as necessary. Manage and deliver executive risk reviews with applicable leadership team members. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a business or legal related field 5+ Years prior risk management, compliance or contract management related roles Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities Advanced Excel skills, including creation of reports generated from Excel data Superb attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of management, including executive leadership and field-based personnel | |
