Route Auditor (New Port Richey FL )

Waste Connections is looking for individuals who have a passion for driving, career growth and share our #1 Value: Safety! We are looking for Route Auditorto join the team at our location in Pasco West Hauling, New Port Richey, FL.

Shift for position is Monday - Friday 3:00am to 3:00pm, occasional Saturdays.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work in conjunction with the operations manager / supervisors to audit route carts and bins
• Audit / Verify cart and bin sizes used by customers
• Audit / Verify whether carts or bins are damaged
• Audit / Verify whether customer has carts or bins or not
• Demonstrate effective use of software applications, at a minimum MS Word and Excel proficient.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred. Typing and 10-key skills are required.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems. Gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
