Our first-ever WC driving school trainers will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. Our priority is to make sure we hire safe drivers that care about the service provided to the community.

As a Driver Trainer with us you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure all new students assigned to the organization are successfully enrolled in and completing mandatory safety training.
• Conduct initial and recurrent driver trainings
• Onboard new drivers ensuring each new member of our team is properly welcomed and given the tools to succeed.
• Successfully monitor and keep trackers and certificates up to date.
• Participate in Train the Trainer activities.

What we need from you:

• Valid Class B CDL
• Clean driving record
• 1 year of local route driving experience
