- Estimated annual base pay: $192,000 (minimum) - $240,000 (midpoint) - $288,000 (maximum)

If you are a Sr. Finance Director for FP&A, we have an exciting opportunity for you.The Sr Finance Director for FP&A will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis for our division. This includes preparing the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long range plans, and reporting out the monthly financial results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
What You Will Be Doing
- Financial strategy: Developing and implementing financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives. This includes identifying opportunities for growth, assessing financial risks, and developing plans to achieve financial goals.
- Financial planning and analysis: Developing and managing the financial planning and analysis function of the organization. This includes budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
- Risk management: Identifying and managing financial risks to minimize the impact of potential losses. This includes developing risk management strategies and monitoring the effectiveness of these strategies.
- Financial reporting and compliance: Ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Report out the monthly financial results, including variance analysis and recommendations for improvement
- Leadership and team management: Managing and developing the finance team, ensuring that they are aligned with the overall business goals. This includes overseeing the hiring, training, and development of finance professionals, and providing leadership and guidance to the team.
- Collaboration and partnership: Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the division and across the company

Successful candidates typically have:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field, CPA required, or MBA preferred.
- 10 or more years of experience in accounting and finance, including progressively more complex assignments and projects in a large manufacturing organization or automotive, industrial, or aerospace.
- 5+ years' Experience in a formal leadership role required.
- Experience managing multiple plants.
- Demonstrated success in driving business outcomes within companies of $1 billion plus annual revenue, ensuring scalability and growth.
