You will:



  • Partner with the business as a full-lifecycle Medical Coding recruiter. Overseeing recruiting function, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and business objectives.
  • Leverage our ATS to streamline recruiting workflows, ensuring efficient pipeline management and accurate candidate tracking.
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, market trends, and organizational goals to ensure successful talent acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience for hourly/salaried roles, ensuring a smooth and positive process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Work and collaborate on projects, when needed, as related to recruiting
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Medical Coding recruiting practices, offering insights into market conditions, compensation trends, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, legal, and hiring managers, to ensure compliance with hiring policies and practices.


What you will bring to the table:



  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Medical Coding recruiting.
  • 2+ years of experience in medical coding recruiting
  • Proven ability to source, screen, and close candidates.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting technology, with hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with hiring managers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive recruiting strategy and decisions.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000-$130,000.
