Location: This position is onsite located at either St. Louis Park, MN, Plymouth, MN or South St. Paul, MN that will be determined based on candidate location and Bremer's current needs. The Commercial Banking Associate serves as a critical partner within the commercial, commercial real estate, business and ag bankers and the clients they serve. This team is primarily responsible for focusing on those duties that support credit transactions. This role engages with all parties to ensure the credit process is seamless to the customer. This role requires service standards are met and loan documentation and file maintenance is in compliance with all applicable standards, policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. This role serves as secondary level of communication with clients answering questions and helping solve problems to maintain customer satisfaction and allow banker time to concentrate on sales delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
N64 - Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma N65 -Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma N66 (Preferred) -Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma #LI-KB1, #LI-Onsite Pay Range
Salary Grade: N66 Pay Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly Pay Range
Grade: N65 Pay Type: Non-Exempt/Hourly Minimum: $16.63 Midpoint: $23.77 Maximum: $30.87 The base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, time-off, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
