Job Description:

KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, and healthcare environments, is seeking a full-time Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

Job Duties:

Individuals in this role provide direction to fabrication cell technicians while being responsible for hand welding product and operating all other fabrication equipment in the cell. In addition to this, individuals in this position are qualified to edit Robotic Welding equipment in order to improve the quality of the welds and final product. This position is also responsible for:

• Lead a small group to meet production schedule requirements
• Successfully hand weld product based upon production schedule needs
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure product is welded properly
• Operate fabrication equipment in the cell such as Robotic Welders, Hydraulic Banks, Saws, Benders, Drill Presses.
• Required to operate, edit and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell.
• Train new employees.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience, but not required
• Team Player
• Computer knowledge
• Willingness to learn
• Ability to train on any shift
• Positive Attitude

Physical Requirements:

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

Shift:

• This is a 1^st Shift position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday
• Overtime during busy season
