(New Employee is defined as someone who has not been employed with Rogers for more than six months) Hiring for Full and Part-time, including PRN Overnight: 11pm - 7:30am Must be able to attend the New Hire Orientation for two weeks, M-F, 8am - 4:30pm The Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and de-escalation support, and role modeling to patients ranging in age depending on which unit worked.
