About the Role

The ACRT Services Recruiter will work from within the ACRT Services Human Resources department to complete full life cycle recruiting for ACRT Services (and other subsidiaries as necessary). The ideal candidate will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and onboard top talent that aligns with our company's culture and strategic goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Job Preparation and Posting: Work with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, ensuring clarity of role requirements and alignment with company goals. Post positions across appropriate platforms, including job boards, career websites, and social media channels.
  • Sourcing Talent: Proactively source passive and active candidates using innovative methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, or industry groups. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Review applications to ensure candidates meet minimum qualifications and desired criteria. Conduct thorough evaluations of resumes and application materials to shortlist top candidates.
  • Phone Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability, including experience, skills, and cultural fit, while addressing any preliminary questions from candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, providing them with necessary candidate information and interview guidance.
  • Offer Management: Draft, extend, and negotiate offer letters in collaboration with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and market standards.
  • Pre-Employment Processes: Manage the completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment verifications.
  • Onboarding Collaboration: Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding, supporting a positive start for new hires.

Candidate Experience

  • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to effectively communicate the company's values, mission, and culture to potential candidates.
  • Provide consistent and timely communication with candidates to keep them informed of their status.

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective interview techniques and best practices.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on market trends, talent acquisition metrics, and feedback from candidates and hiring teams.

Data and Compliance

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring progress and recruitment KPIs for leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Employer Branding and Outreach

  • Promote the company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, social media, and networking events.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and campus recruiting efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with professional organizations and community groups to expand the talent pipeline.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously refine and optimize the recruitment process to improve efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Leverage technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), to streamline workflows and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Identify and implement tools, resources, and best practices to enhance the recruitment experience.

About You

Must haves:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree

  • Experience: 2 or more years in full life cycle recruiting and using Applicant Tracing System, such as Workday

Nice to haves:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organization Development

  • Experience: 3+ years experience in full life cycle recruiting for corporate staff

  • 2+ years experience with Workday's Recruiting module

Your Skills:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals, to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate evaluation, phone screening, and interview coordination.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Well-versed in federal, state, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance throughout the hiring process.

  • Technology Proficiency: Experienced in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies; ability to leverage data and tools to optimize hiring processes. Experince with Workday preferred but not required.

  • Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker who can analyze challenges and implement creative solutions to meet recruitment goals.

Where We Work

At ACRT Services we prefer in-person employee interaction and we rely on collaboration among groups to be successful and agile, which means we expect work in the office to continue as an important part of our company culture and a key to employee success. This position is an in-person role, meaning employees will be required to come into the Stow, Ohio office on a weekly or as needed basis.

Standard office equipment will be provided to work in the office and at home - a dedicated space at home to work is also required. Uninterrupted home-based internet is a must in your home to attend and host video calls, along with a minimum bandwidth speed of 20 mbps. If you do not have an in home office space or cannot meet the internet needs, an office space will be provided for you in the company's Stow, Ohio office.

This position is not open to candidates located in Toledo, OH or Cincinnati, OH.
