Sr Strategic Account Manager Juniper is looking for an Enterprise sales professional to grow our business and market share across a defined list of named accounts within our focus verticals including Large Enterprise (Fortune 1000, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.), Research and Healthcare. You will excel in a dynamic and exciting environment while leading all prospecting and sales opportunities across all Juniper solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Director! - Strong high-performance characteristics and history.
- Exhibit best-in-class skills and qualities to develop greenfield territory (est. 100 accounts in Kansas City and surrounding territory).
- Establish, nourish and champion relationships with Partner Account Managers.
- Network with IT ecosystem vendors to gain marketplace insights.
- Develop, collaborate, and execute long-term engagement plan for all available Juniper assets, incl. Systems Engineers, Product Specialists, Field Marketing, SDR's, Services and Partner Account Managers.

- Lead and/or assist with local and regional events, both in-person and virtual.
- Develop and implement win strategies for opportunities.
- Understand and execute software sales motions.
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC forecasting methodology.
- Strong micro and macro forecasting hygiene characteristics.
- Strong performance track record, immense history of exceeding both current quarter and annual quota.
- Ability to cross-sell across product families/offers.
- Provide accurate weekly/quarterly sales forecasts while maintaining excellent Salesforce hygiene.
Candidate Required Background and Attributes:
- Experience with IT networking, specifically WiFi, Switching, SD-WAN and Artificial Intelligence. Full portfolio also includes Routing, Data Center Switching and Security.
- Experience with Salesforce.com.

Minimum Salary: $192,000.00 Maximum Salary:$276,000.00 The pay range for this position is expected to be between $192,000.00 and $276,000.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
