Senior Director, Integrated Facilities Management

Position Summary:
Manage all aspects of the Engineering Services and Facilities systems for the Mid-South region (NC, SC, TN) of properties, primarily Engineering Services, Facilities Management, Asset Management, Operations, Vendor performance, Safety, Reporting, and Customer Satisfaction, for a large global JLL client headquartered in Charlotte, NC
Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
Ensure effective integration of Engineering and IFM Operations to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality
Facilitate integration with other account service lines including Project Management, Market Planning, Occupancy Planning, Transactions, and COE platforms, ensuring a cohesive OneJLL service delivery
Drive superior performance through excellent people management
Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices
Drive Energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teams
Comprehensive knowledge of Safe Work practices especially regarding energized work, working at heights and confined spaces

Essential Functions:
Provide outstanding, proactive client support
Implement a quality assurance program as part of each engagement to ensure client satisfaction
Act as a single point of contact with full accountability for all Carolinas Engineering and Facility Management account issues, as well as a platform to escalate geography-specific issues
Collaborate with Regional management team and COE in developing a sustainable strategic vision and management plan for this area of the practice and participate in the broader practice management activities

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to communicate complex ideas in a concise and summarized manner without personal bias
A working knowledge of leasing, facilities, operations, engineering, construction and technology (infrastructure)
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills
A proven and demonstrable track record in sales
Understanding of and experience in implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
Excellent analytical skills - both financial and planning
Experienced in a wide variety of real estate projects
Public speaking acumen and the ability to engage large groups
Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously and remotely
Strong client trust and confidence
Ability to lead diverse teams and identify and develop top talent
Strong ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics
Advanced computer skills (MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise assigned Engineering and Facilities Management staff
Coach and guide the team towards a proactive, value-add advisory partnership with the client
Review and approve all Engineering and Facilities Management related recommendations

Working Environment:
The team is embedded with the Client at the Clients facility in Charlotte, NC
The role is full time on-site, primarily in Charlotte, and including periodic travel to regional markets and client sites, all located within NC, SC, and TN

Minimum Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Real Estate, Engineering or Construction Management required
