Job Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for sales growth and business development activities with distribution partners and OEMs. This role provides technical, application, product, and sales support for the assembly tool portfolio to drive end-user growth. The candidate will implement plans to increase overall sales revenue and market share within the assigned region and establish themselves as the primary point of contact for assigned distributors, including business owners, sales teams, and service leaders.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the assembly distribution network to meet or exceed sales growth targets.

  • Cultivate product sales at end-users through relationship development and demonstrations.

  • Analyze target account requirements and develop penetration plans to increase market share.

  • Provide timely submission of reporting tools, including CRM data/pipeline management, forecasts, and project visibility.

  • Coordinate with marketing or other business unit resources as necessary.

  • Measure distributor performance and implement distributor performance improvement programs.

  • Actively conduct, seek out, and participate in both formal and informal training opportunities.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.



Requirements:


  • Technical Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience, working for a manufacturer or distributor.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to travel 50-60% of the time.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical matters.
