Senior Market Research Analyst, Creative Excellence - Advertising Labs

Why this role is important at Ipsos:

As a Senior Research Analyst on our Creative Excellence Labs team, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research projects. Your work includes a variety or studies requiring sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail. This is a position where you will learn to be a major force in quantitative research design and gain experience managing key market research projects.

What you can expect to be doing:



  • Manage the setup, launch and monitoring of research studies
  • Work closely with Ipsos client service teams to create research recruitment screener, questionnaires and client deliverables
  • Liaise with Ipsos internal operational teams and other Ipsos divisions
  • Coordinate and manage multiple external research suppliers
  • Perform data verification for client deliverables
  • Identify and solve project issues as they arise
  • Set up qualitative research, including interacting with respondents
  • Some domestic travel to conduct research on-site at U.S. facilities


This might be the job for you if you have:



  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of market research experience; customer experience research an asset
  • Questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning counts
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail & demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of information
  • Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools
  • Prior experience using Sassie or any other related mystery shopping platforms a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong client service orientation
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-faceted project budgets and to create, manage, and commit to a project plan, schedule and budget
  • Highly motivated, self-directed & possess a driven personality capable of working within tight deadlines
  • Thrives within a team environment
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the base salary for this role is $65,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
