Job Details AVP Operations, Jefferson Heart InstituteJob Description Manage integrated and centralized Institute-wide services. Manage Institute projects and initiatives focused on new program development and implementation, quality/outcomes, cost/efficiency, site of service rationalization, standardization of care models and protocols and capital prioritization. The AVP will play a critical role in the development of the Bruce and Robbi Toll Heart & Vascular Institute (the Institute). This newly created role provides a unique opportunity to lead major projects and initiatives to support new program/service development, quality and efficiency of the service line. The AVP also manages centralized Institute operations and acts as a consulting partner, strategist, solution provider, and advisor to senior administrators within the Institute and across the organization, including partnering with leaders from the Healthcare, University and Insurance pillars. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy and accuracy to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. They must be able to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff and external partners. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed operating environment and to manage through influence.
