The Role
Serving as our corporate training and support specialist, you will be responsible for the effective development, coordination, and presentation of training programs for employees in person and online. You will collaborate with colleagues, managers, and HR, and develop and implement training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

The Requirements
To be a good fit for the job of Training and Support Specialist, you will have:

  • 2 years of multifamily residential property management experience.
  • Strong computer technology skills including:

    • The ability to quickly and competently expand your program knowledge and learn new software
    • Knowledge of and confidence using Yardiproperty management software. 2 years of experience is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.


  • Training experience and comfort teaching individuals and groups online and in person.
  • Strong and articulate public speaking and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, client relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse environment.
  • Ability to travel 1-3 days quarterly.
  • Marketing experience is a plus.


You'll work in the corporate office except when conducting quarterly training offsite. Travel will be in California and to Arizona and Nevada. Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility.
