Job Summary The ERM Specialist will play a key role in helping identify, assess, and mitigate significant company risks. This role will include administering the corporate insurance program, as well as supporting the enterprise risk management program. Responsibilities & Qualifications Administer the organization's corporate insurance program, including, but not limited to: evaluating coverages, terms, and limits with the guidance from the ERM leadership; claims administration related to corporate policies; manage productive agent relationships; collaborate with legal and vendor management on insurance-related contract requirements. Support ERM leadership regarding the responsibilities, accountabilities, and initiatives within the ERM function. Leads risk identification and assessment, including assessment of mitigation efforts and controls. Monitors and analyzes risks within the company's business units and for the company as a whole. Handles moderately complex issues and problems. May report findings to the company's officers as required. Under minimal supervision, work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization. Assumes and leads other duties/projects as appropriate. **Due to the nature of this position, it will be based out of our West Bend corporate office with occasional work from home opportunities. Preferred Experience and Skills
5+ years of experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry
