Overview

The Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) Operations Management (OM) objective is to safeguard the Bank's Production Information Technology (IT) Services with impartiality and integrity by ensuring risks to the stability and integrity of the Bank are identified, made transparent, and appropriately managed. We provide impartial, data driven services that aid in the effective proactive mitigation and management of risks to production services. In the event production impact occurs, restore services in a safe and timely manner, ensuring actions to prevent recurrence are identified and taken.

As part of the TDI OM End of Life (EOL) team, you will undertake governance and advisory duties relating to the Bank's End of Life (Technology Roadmap Compliance) process (OS, Databases, Hardware, Middleware, etc.). In addition, contribute to overall development of strategic initiatives designed by senior leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the day to day management of EOL governance team and maintaining the monthly and weekly meetings of the Technology Risk Forums/councils and leadership forums

  • Contribute to overall development of strategic initiatives designed by senior leadership

  • Maintain relationship with relevant GTI teams to ensure our technology and platform needs are met (enhancements, features etc.) in line with requirements of relevant defined EOL control(s)

  • Ensure the effective operation of EOL and other relevant technology lifecycle management controls for hardware and software products and assets. Monitor and report the status of control compliance to relevant stakeholders, including providing status updates and escalation reports to senior management

  • Assure the governance function maintains an active and current register of risk in line with Operations Management standards for the Governance Function

  • Drive development and growth within the team

  • Leader and/or participate in various meetings and video conference forums as it relates to the services and strategy for the governance function

Skills You'll Need

  • Moderate experience driving organizational change, talent recruitment, and development

  • Experience managing large scale technology programs with a range of stakeholders, budgets, and functionality, simultaneously with limited supervision and guidance

  • Knowledge and understanding of project management standards, processes, procedures, and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles (ITIL and software development life cycle (SDLC))

  • Capable of translating complex data points and metrics into simplified messages for all organizational levels

  • Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management (End of Life software / hardware), IT Asset Management, and interacting with Banking Regulators (beneficial)

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $100,000 to $145,500.Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
