Duties & Responsibilities	Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on farming machinery such as tractors, plows, harvesters, irrigation systems, and other mechanical equipment. Equipment Operation: Operate and test machinery after repairs to ensure it functions correctly. Diagnostics: Use diagnostic tools to identify issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Preventative Care: Conduct preventive maintenance checks to reduce machinery breakdowns during critical harvest periods. Fabrication and Customization: Modify and fabricate parts as needed for specific agricultural tasks. The employee will be performing detailed diagnostics on machinery and troubleshoot problems using tools and technology. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge in maintenance and repairs on farming equipment and farming vehicles. Knowledge working with diesel-powered agricultural equipment, which is common in the industry. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, often outdoors, and under varying weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications	High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Preferred Qualifications	CDL license preferred, but not required.
