About This Role
K-State invites applications for the Information Technology Director position, which supports IT needs across the Provost Office units. Reporting directly to IT and embedded in the Provost Office, the director will provide strategic IT leadership for the Provost Office and its units and serve as a critical thought partner and leader as the university works to transform the organizational IT infrastructure in support of the Next-Gen K-State strategic plan. This position is part of an initiative to transform how we strategically manage, support, and organize our IT infrastructure and services by aligning IT as a strategic partner to all academic and administrative units. By being embedded within the Provost Office, the IT Director serves as a liaison with between Provost units and IT staff and collaboratively develops and implements IT plans that align with the Provost Office's strategic goals.
