Head Varsity Coaching Position - Swim and Dive Brophy College Preparatory is accepting applications for a head varsity swim and dive coach starting August 2025. Responsibilities Include: Leading Brophy's highly competitive swim and dive team of approximately 45 athletes and 3 coaches. Working directly with the Meet Director to support home meets and 3 invites. Interfacing with parents and students to communicate the team's expectations and uphold its policies. Selecting and supporting the team's student leadership. Supervising operations at the Fr. Reese Aquatic Center that involves collaborating with the Athletic Director to establish and maintain open lines of communication with various entities, including Xavier College Preparatory, Phoenix Union, Grand Canyon University, collegiate short-term training programs, Swim Neptune and Scottsdale Water Polo Club. Additionally, responsible for managing the daily schedule, overseeing contracts in conjunction with the CFO, coordinating with the Facility Manager for pool maintenance and engaging with the Brophy community. Qualifications: 2+ years of head coaching experience preferred.
