JOB PURPOSE: This position supports the operations team under the Associate Director of Data & Technology. The Deduplication Project Manager also serves as a liaison to various departments within PCC and Federal Stakeholders. This position will oversee the daily activities of the teams and ensure that staff are complying with required metrics and assisting in case review and problem solving. This position also oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific deduplication related projects. This position ensures the most efficient administrative procedures for projects and works with teams and stakeholders daily.


Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Defines the scope of projects in collaboration with Associate Director of Data & Technology.
  • Creates a work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
  • Assists with determining the resources (time, money, collaterals, etc.) required to complete the project.
  • Determines the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
  • Ensures project has adequate resources including staff.
  • Executes the project according to the project plan.
  • Monitors the progress of the project and adjusts as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
  • Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:



  • 4-year bachelor's or undergraduate degree from an accredited Program/university, preferably in one of the following areas: business administration, engineering, social policy, psychology, social work, statistics, operations management, or related field required.


EXPERIENCE:



  • 2+ years of proven experience in project management, Macro Social Work projects (or similar).
  • Experience working with programs funded by the Office of Refugee Resettlement a strong plus.
  • Experience working with UC Portal and fundamentals of case management.


LICENSES: Driver's License with clear record.

OTHER: Employee must have a stable internet connection and access to a private office is required.
