The Digital Marketing Manager leads the strategy development of their relevant domain and contributes to the digital roadmap of the Life Sciences business unit of Saint-Gobain High-Performance Solutions. Will identify, design, and help lead the implementation of the global digital marketing strategy, including web management, SEO optimization, social media, customer experience, etc.

Will create comprehensive digital strategies that best serve the central function, while supporting the strategies set forth by the individual SBU marketing teams, including providing best practices that maximize the effectiveness and ROI of critical marketing efforts. This includes lead generation, marketing automation, website optimization and analytics, search engine marketing and optimization for both organic and paid search, digital advertising, social media, and digital content marketing tools.

The Digital Marketing Manager will have an in-depth knowledge of digital customer touchpoints, including conversion points throughout the sales funnel, and digital drop-off points.

Will apply insights from the KPI dashboard to make strategic recommendations to Life Sciences leadership and BU teams about how to best refine digital programs and priorities to increase sales, improve engagement, and drive growth.

Ultimately, the Digital Marketing Manager will optimize traffic, engagement, user experience, and lead generation and conversion.

Key Functions:

Develop and manage the Digital Marketing Strategy



  • Enhance the strategic digital marketing thought process with business leadership
  • Support key business leaders and their teams in defining their respective strategies
  • Collaborate on digital marketing strategy, training and programs across the network of marketing managers and business leaders
  • Maintain and coordinate the next evolutions of our customer-centric website and user experience (UX)

    • Define the evolutions roadmap (lead workshops, help assess priorities, & define a consistent and structured plan to maintain consistency across sites & limit complexity).
    • Coordinate the implementation of the roadmap, in close relation with IT Teams
    • Test, validate and ensure functionality.


  • Own Life Sciences content development work, identify gaps and guide the development and distribution of content.
  • Prepare and execute digital tactics including SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and digital campaigns
  • Assist SBU to help define their digital marketing plan, milestones, and deliverables for the business.
  • Ensure digital marketing initiatives at SBU level are aligned with SG & LS standards (tools, cybersecurity, processes, etc.). Address migration of websites or tools no longer in compliance.
  • Manage upkeep of GA4 KPI dashboard to monitor and report on web analytics, digital lead generation, digital transactions, etc., to guide decision-making.

Is this job for you ?

Bachelor's Degree within Marketing, Communication or Related Field; Required.

Master's Degree; Preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience within digital marketing/online strategy development or digital project management; Required.

Experience within complex operations/manufacturing and agency; Preferred.

2+ years of experience - creating high-impact B2B engagement strateges across multiple digital platforms; Required.

Knowledge of web analytics & SEO; Required.

Working knowledge of website management tools; Required. Experience in Drupal; Preferred.

Ability to Travel upwards of 20%; Required.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees'wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $87,500 to 135,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $98,000 to $151,760. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
