Job Summary Under supervision of the Warrior Bridge Program Coordinator, the Peer Support Specialist is responsible for support of any individual and/or group of clients as outlined in the Employment/Person Centered Plan of Services. Work must be performed according to Employment Source policies and the Warrior Bridge WRAP Services and Support requirements. Employee shall meet required credentialing qualifications (State Approved Peer Support Specialist Program), service provision documentation, and professional expectations and have a relatable lived experience. Work hours vary according to needs of client(s). Primary Duties Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
