We are now hiring for a North America Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager to help lead with the development of our CNH Business Systems.



Responsibilities

In support of the development of the CNH Business System, the North American Continuous Improvement Sr. Manager will be responsible for:

    Provide Business Unit, Site and Functional Leaders across the business with support developing, deploying and building internal skills and capabilities in...
  • Ensure the development of an "engine" of Continuous Improvement built on...
    • Utilization of Value Stream Mapping to establish a customer focused, quantified, prioritized Roadmap of Kaizen (Rapid Improvement Workshop) aligned to Strategy Deployment goals, Financial (Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow) and Operating KPI gaps
    • Rapid, effective cadence of Kaizen applying the appropriate Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement toolsets (1 week, "no newspaper", rigorously prepped and followed up - Shingijutsu style)
  • Build key Lean / 6 Sigma / Continuous Improvement Kaizen skills as need including...
    • Value Stream Mapping - including monetization
    • Standard Work Kaizen - including Std WIP, Std Work Combination, 1 piece flow, Karakuri Development (material and tool presentation) and 5S
    • Variation Reduction Kaizen - Root Cause Problem Solving
    • Transactional Process Improvement Kaizen (Variation Reduction / Standard Work)
    • Rapid Change Over (SMED) Kaizen
    • Material Pull Systems / Kanban / Heijunka Kaizen
    • Total Productive Maintenance (Preventive, Autonomous)
    • 3P (Process, Product, Layout, Structure) Design Kaizen
    • Others....
  • Develop an integrated Daily-Weekly-Monthly Management/Operating System that drives incremental day to day performance improvement of the Key Performance Indicators (metrics) that are leading indicators of the financial performance of the business.
    • Establish the critical KPIs to measure at the right levels in the organization tied to Customer, Employee, Shareholder and other Key Stakeholders' satisfaction.
    • Create customer-focused, rigorous, simple visual performance tools to drive consistent review versus targets, prioritization of problems and effective root cause problem-solving / countermeasure throughout the organization.
    • Create, simple visual, easy to manage improvement ideas implementation system for employees
    • Establish Leader Standard Work at all levels in the organization that drives operating reviews, problem solving, and continuous improvement activities to the core Value Streams that are tightly aligned to customers and the value drivers that will make them and us successful.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business
  • 8 years experience in industrial manufacturing business

The annual salary for this role is $155,250 - $207,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
