Duties & Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research
Start-up Support: Develop research materials and test databases for data collection. - Research
Participant Recruitment and Engagement: Assist with implementation of study participant recruitment strategies. Carry out advertising and recruitment activities. Initiate and maintain contact with study participants. Screen and consent potential study participants. - Data
Management Support: Maintain highly detailed and accurate records, monitor data quality, organize data, and prepare data for analyses. - Administrative
Support: Provide administrative support for research office including coordinating schedules. - Other: Other duties
as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge
in human subjects research. - Excellent
interpersonal skills along with strong oral and written communication abilities. - Detail
oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Skilled
in effectively giving and receiving feedback to foster continuous improvement. - Strong
problem-solving abilities, dependability, and a proactive approach.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

Preferred Qualifications |
Bachelor's degree in a health or research-related field or equivalent combination of experience, education, and training. Experience with similar human subjects protocols. Experience with data management and REDCap database. Phlebotomy skills. Experience with biospecimen collection and handling. |
