Geosyntec has an exciting opportunity for a limited-term part-time Senior Consultant in our Blue Bell, PA office. The position will provide support to Unisys on specific projects. You must have an entrepreneurial attitude, and enthusiasm for supporting business development and technical efforts to expand Geosyntec's market share. This position will support the creation and implementation of new strategies by providing strategic solutions to our clients' most complex problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Some of the key responsibilities may include:

    Reviewing and managing written document production;
  • Practitioner mentoring as required on projects;
  • Providing subject matter expert services;
  • Maintain high visibility in the marketplace through regular client contact, participation in client-based professional organizations, and attendance and presentations at industry events;
  • Serve in a leadership role for the company culture and values across the organization; and
  • Support other specific project requests as needed.


Education and Licensure

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, geology, hydrogeology or related field. (required)
  • Advanced degree in engineering. (referred)


Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • Excellent writing and communication skills. (required)
  • Field work and overnight travel may be required.
  • Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers. (preferred)
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing may be required.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel. (required)
