JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of Business Operations is responsible for cross-functional leadership, working with stakeholders across the enterprise to drive transformation and change for Operations. This position leads initiative coordination, change support/management, special projects, and holistic Operations strategy support. The Director serves as the connection to Strategy Enablement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Learning (TDL), RBD, MCI, Employee Engagement, Quality Care, Claims, and other enterprise functions. Base Pay Information The national base pay range at the end is a good-faith estimate of what Delta Dental may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Delta Dental's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications.
