Configuration and Release Management Specialist Windsor Mills, MD Pay From : $145,000/yr MUST : Public Trust eligible 5+ years of related hands on experience in Configuration and Release Management 2+ years of hands-on experience with Configuration Management of tool/application and Source code repository management 2+ years of full life cycle CM experience going from requirements period to end-of-life process Hands on experience working with Oracle Financial tools in the Federal space is required Experience with ConfigSnapshot is required Strong experience managing and maintaining Configuration Management environments for both hardware and software product build, staging, testing and integration Well versed and hands on experience with the functionality configuration management and creating the procedures and processes for CM tools to include product creation, product build scripts and procedures. Experience with SCM software like GIT and Deployment tools/software like FlexDeploy and GitLab or similar Experience with configuration of FlexDeploy Plugin's such as ServiceNow. is a plus Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills to work with both piers and higher and lower level members of the team Strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with various level of clients and teammates Bachelor's Degree or higher level of education in a related field DUTIES : The ideal candidate will work with a team to help with maintenance and management of the CMS financials, budgeting and reporting systems for Federal client Lead efforts to help maintain Configuration Management (CM) functions for controlled instances Manage change control activities for all code streams Maintain the code baseline for Production and all other streams Coordinate the deployment into all controlled instances Assist in the analysis of SCM tools and implementation Manage the automation of the email messages from the Flex Deploy servers Responsible for participating in the Risk Management Process through risk and issue identification and resolution for the entire contract Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
