FOX News Media is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Marketing Analytics & Insights to lead our CRM and direct-to-consumer analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategies, data analysis, and customer insights. They will have strong domain expertise in direct-to-consumer subscriber businesses, ideally in entertainment. This role will be pivotal in driving customer-centric strategies and improving customer engagement and retention.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement marketing analytics strategies to support customer retention, engagement, and growth.

  • Design and execute CRM campaigns, customer segmentation, and lifecycle analysis.

  • Design and conduct experiments, A/B testing, and segmentation studies to enhance marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate data insights into marketing strategies and planning.

  • Interpret CRM performance and subscriber metrics, identify trends, and prioritize opportunities to drive revenue and improve customer lifecycle management.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to integrate Marketing Analytics into broader business strategies.

  • Stay updated on CRM technology trends, best practices, and emerging tools to innovate and enhance strategies.

  • Manage CRM analytics budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Proven experience in CRM analytics, with a track record of driving customer engagement and retention.

  • 10-12+ years of experience in a similar field.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, data science, or a related field.

  • Expertise in CRM platforms and tools (Braze and Segment preferred), as well as data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a curious and analytical mindset.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $140,000.00-200,000.00 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $116,600.00-166,600.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
