Undergraduate Intern Summer 2025 - USTA Foundation (Orlando)

We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

This is a 8-week program from June 10th through August 13th.

Hybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the National Campus, Orlando Office.

Key responsibilities pertain to assist with the exploration and development of the NJTL Alumni Network over the course of 10 weeks, and deliver a presentation with a proposed plan by mid-August.

Support the 2024 National Essay Content, execution of various Excellence Program events, training camps and high performance tournaments
• Assist in various administrative support projects in Salesforce, the USTA Foundation's CRM, grants management and analytics system

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and a general understanding of what CRM platforms and/or project management tools are
• Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality; ability to analyze, plan and coordinate
• Experience with developing presentation decks (i.e. PowerPoint/or Google Slides)
• Capable of working independently and in a collaborative business environment
