In the Client Engagement Lead - ASG position, you'll serve as the primary liaison for our largest partners in the home healthcare and physician office markets. Your mission will be to strengthen relationships and drive revenue growth by helping partners maximize the value of Direct Supply's commercial analytics platforms.

What You'll Do and Impact:
Act as the primary point of contact for the client, developing and maintaining trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, including executive and operational teams. Drive regular account reviews, presenting performance metrics, business opportunities, and growth strategies. Lead and oversee projects related to the client's business operations, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, marketing, product, engineering) to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Provide strategic insight to the client's business operations, leveraging industry knowledge to recommend innovative solutions. Analyze account performance, identifying growth opportunities and risks. Drive value and adoption by coordinating with the client and internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product, sales). Stay abreast of market trends in home healthcare and physician office markets as well as Direct Supply's new product offerings that could provide value in the market Leverage personal network to open doors for new sales opportunities
Bachelor's in in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field 10+ years previous related experience required with industry-specific experience preferred Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 25% Valid, unexpired driver's license with satisfactory driving record
