The Operational Readiness Manager will be responsible for ensuring information and knowledge flows from the functional teams to the people focused teams and ultimately to the end user in support of the Foundation U.S. deployments. The ideal candidate will have agricultural or retail industry experience, as well as knowledge and experience in the Foundation program and SAP.

This position will be posted from January 2, 2025 - January 6, 2025.

What you will do:



  • Act as the liaison between the functional, training, change management and communication teams.
  • Ensure all training scenarios, demos, content and delivery are aligned to the business needs and have the appropriate review and sign off from functional leaders.
  • Understand and share the key changes from regular and urgent change release cycles with the training, change and communication teams. This would include the level of impact to the users, which would drive the training and communication delivery.
  • Manage the activities during the user practice cycles of the program. Ensure that users are practicing the key business scenarios needed for success at go-live using the appropriate data and user/location set up.
  • Monitor metrics during the practice phase of the program and work collaboratively with the division readiness leads and the business to address concerns and potential risk.
  • Ensure key business owners in the support areas (NF, AR, AP, Finance, Procurement) are included in change impact assessments and training content reviews.
  • Utilize the "Lead the Train" leadershipapproach and strategy to ensure all teams involved in end user support have the skills and knowledge needed to properly support the business.
  • Provide the overall business knowledge and understanding to all change management and training focused activities and engagements.
  • Mentor and coach others to elevate their knowledge and understanding of the business and processes.



What you will bring:



  • Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 10 or more years of related experience.
  • Change management (Prosci certification) a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Nutrien retail business, culture and people is a plus.
  • Role-based system knowledge, end to end process (i.e., SAP, Digital Hub, NF, Ariba).



Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $120,000 - $165,000/annually. This range is estimated forOperational Readiness Managerin the State of Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan and long-term incentive plan, consistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee. Details will be discussed through the application process.
