The Communication Center/Admissions Manager is charged with managing a 24/5 virtual communication center with the DCC member of AZI in India that proactively responds to international student inquiries through phone and text messaging apps (WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.). The Center Manager will work with colleague in India to lead the communication strategy for top of funnel outreach, including supervising a team, overseeing the messaging and ensuring prospective students receive prompt and accurate information. Duties & Responsibilities |
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Enrollment Counselor teams consisting of 5-7 Enrollment Counselors.
- Oversee the day to day communication center admissions strategy to ensure prompt and accurate responses to student admissions inquiries and manage all top of funnel outreach methods, including but not limited to phone, WhatsApp, WeChat and other text messaging apps used globally
- Ensure all interactions and conversations with prospective students are tracked in the Slate CRM
- Implement the use of AI and other systems for automated responses, where possible
- Measure success of the communication center team through data analysis of the admission funnel, specifically monitoring inquiry to admissions/application time and application volumes
- Dialer technology ensuring daily project completion such as dialer campaigns and Enrollment Counselor coverage.
- Manage and execute all Enrollment Counselor student pipeline assignments to ensure equal distribution
- Regularly meet and communicate with the International Admissions team, including enrollment counselors and applicant services located around the globe.
- Collaborate with the enrollment counseling team to smoothly transition a prospective student to their enrollment counselor at time of application
- Redirect high level questions to the correct offices across campus, such as International Student Services, Bursar, Housing, etc.
- Provide additional outreach support to the Enrollment Counseling team during high travel and/or yield
- Implements and monitors admissions goals for the assigned territories and provides program analysis and process improvements
- Collaborate with team members in the field to align key messaging with the website and email communication for seamless student experience
- Update key messaging and communications on a regular basis to ensure accurate information is shared.
- Engage with the Assistant Dean and other leadership when seeking guidance on complex situations or questions.

Minimum Qualifications |
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Three years' relevant work experience
