The Senior Performance Analyst role will be a key player in the Platform Performance and Operations Team. You will spearhead report analysis, insight creation and strategy execution across various projects. In this role, you will partner across the organization working with leadership, Project Managers, Product Managers, Analytics Team and the Customer Success Team to develop and deliver meaningful insights about the platform's performance.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:



  • Primarily work on developing platform management metrics for report and insight analysis
  • Manage performance focused cross-functional projects to improve performance metrics across the platform
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives on member engagement projects including email marketing and coordinating physical materials
  • Collaborate frequently with the Product Team to help design, optimize or solve technical hurdles to improve analytics and reporting
  • Deep dive into data analysis to monitor and innovate relevant metrics on the platform and subsequently help bridge identified gaps with the Team
  • Prepare and present strategies and business reviews to leaders and the broader Team

Required Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of related work experience in marketing, strategy or data analytics with a solid background in metrics reporting and deriving insights from disparate data sources
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer payments, healthcare, retail or relevant industry
  • 5+ years of experience with marketing campaigns, A/B testing and building regression models
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 3+ years of experience analytical tools: SQL, R/ SAS or Python, including data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tableau)



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in mapping software (ArcGIS or comparable) to showcase insights using geo-dimensions
  • Proven excellent conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated great communication skills, experienced in storytelling and deck creation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven sound judgment, problem resolution, decision-making, & experience working under strict deadlines

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
