Meticulously manage and oversee the Group Reservations process.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily clearing of the deposit ledger
• Input of internal reservations (non-group)
• Daily maintenance of the OTA inbox
• Assist with the preparation of commission payments
• Liaison for site visits
• Prepare & distribute the weekly pickup report

Secondary Responsibilities: This position will be fully trained on the responsibilities of Group Rooms Coordinators. The position will backup the GRC's and handle groups if necessary.

• Accurate input of Reservations into system.
• Input Reservations within specified time periods.
• Maximize potential room revenue by following specified selling guidelines.
• Maintain Group History Tracking forms
• Set up group routing
• Ensure that rooming lists are free of duplicates
• Respond to guest calls in a timely manner
• Attend Pre Convention meetings as necessary
• Property-wide departmental interaction.
• Raise the awareness of inventory issues
• Knowledge of hotel services and events.
• Ensure an efficient and professional working environment with open communication.
• All convention resumes are audited prior to group's arrival.

• Respond to clients in a timely manner
• Actively communicate with internal team members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Ability to identify areas that require attention without always being directed to do so.
