To provide a unique experience by offering Segway tours, Bike rentals, and Island Hopper rentals.

Essential Functions:

o Work in Amelia's Wheels by providing guest assistance including but not limited to: providing guests with property information, on property directions, providing rentals of Bicycles, Island Hoppers, and leading Segway tours
o Book and Manage reservations for Segway tours using Xola
o Book and Manage reservations for Island Hopper reservations using Bike Rental Management software
o Able to ride a Segway and become a certified instructor to lead property Segway tours within 60 days of hire
o Be familiar with Omni Amelia Island bike trail s and tour routes
o communication with associates and guests
o Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities, Omni outlets, and company events.
o Attend and participate in Amelia's Wheels' meetings and monthly All Together Get Together
o Assist with routine cleaning of Amelia's Wheels and of equipment (e.g. sweeping, emptying trash, picking up, organizing and inventory) (e.g. cleaning Segways, Island Hoppers and Bicycles)
o Ensure all bicycles, Island Hoppers, and Segways are clean, safe and act immediately with any concerns
o Knowledge of basic bike, island hopper, and Segway maintenance and repairs
o Daily maintenance of all Amelia's Wheels Bicycles, Island Hoppers and Segways
o Be knowledgeable of Omni's culture
o Cross Utilization
o Assist in all other aspects of the recreation department as needed to include but not limited to: group functions, events, Nature Center, Pool/Beach, Camp Amelia, Heron's Cove mini-golf, Health and Fitness, and Tennis operations
o Work holiday events and special programs as schedule

Hotel Specific Functions:

o Maintain standards of guest services and consistent positive guest experience as documented by J.D. Power and AAA Ratings
o Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotels culture, rules, and regulations
o Answer phones using the proper "Moments of Service" scenario
o Provide guests with cheerful, personable, efficient service
o Responsible for a clean and professional appearance of uniforms
o Fully understand and implement "Moments of Service" and "Power of Engagement"
o Interact with every guest using Omni Standards
o Knowledgeable about all hotel amenities and property specifics
o Actively participate in the assurance of the safety of all guests
o Treat everyone, supervisors, staff and guests with courtesy and respect always

o Must be 18 years of age or older
o Valid driver's licenses
o Able to lift and lift up to 60-100 pounds occasionally and 30-50 pounds repeatedly
o Able to stoop, stand, push, pull and walk or stand for long periods of time
o Must be able to hear, smell, have good or corrected vision, and a good sense of balance
o Associate must be able to verbally communicate clearly and effectively to various sized groups of resort guests
o Able to multi-task effectively
